Pokemon Go
Pokemon Go
By Mario ÁVILA
It’s hard to describe this feeling of a 90s baby who grew up with a dream to become a Pokemon Trainer. We grew up playing with the cards, watching the cartoons and playing the video games.
Now in our early 20’s we have finally been gifted with this amazing app called Pokemon GO or POGO as many like to call it. Not only have our wishes been answered but we have also been given an opportunity to stay active by exploring our own town in search of these creatures. Lets get fit and be social when playing to make it more fun!! It is recommended to go in a group when going on these Poke Adventures for safety reasons obviously.
CAUTION: Please remember to obey the law and always stay aware of your surroundings at all times, and PLEASE do not play and drive! Drum Roll!!! Here are a few useful tips for all of you trainers trying to catch them all:
Heyy hold still for a sec!!
Turn AR off on the top right hand corner when you are in the middle of catching a pokemon. This is going to make catching pokemon easier and help you save battery – You won’t have to worry about aiming your phone at the pokemon and potentially having to waste a lot of pokeballs on that Rattata and you get more life out of your battery.
I love Candy!! dadada dadadaa…
Let’s get you to that next level you’re trying to reach. Keep an eye open for these weak pokemon like Pidgeys and Rattatas to evolve them and get more XP. You can also go down town and if you have a lucky egg you get 30 minutes of double XP so use them wisely.
All i need now is just a Flareon!!
In order to get all 3 evolutions without having to evolve that Evee and pray for the best; Try this: Rename your Evee to – Pyro to get a Flareon, For a Vaporeon name it Rainer, and for a Jolteon name it Sparky. Yup that easy!
Scrambled or sunny side up?
Want to get great pokemon but cannot travel too far? Luckily you can hatch eggs and get those pokemon that you may not find around your neighborhood.
A quick tip:
Dont wonder and spend your time walking to hatch 2k eggs unless you want some weak pokemon like Rattata or a Pidgey, now you may get lucky and hatch a starter! However focus on 5k and 10k eggs from which you can get some really great pokemon like Snorlax, Jynx, Dratini to just name a few. To hatch them quicker ride a bike and ride it steady around the park or neighborhood just remember ALWAYS stay ALERT at all times.
